AI IDEAS, SYSTEMS & AGENTS

From an AI question
to a clear next step.

Understand your AI and make its results more consistent. VisiFlo helps businesses validate ideas, test AI systems and agents, and find weak steps before they cause more problems.

Melbourne, Australia. Enquiries are open; fit, delivery capability, evidence access, price and timing are confirmed before work starts. The software platform is in early development.

01

Validate your idea

Find out whether your AI idea solves a useful business problem. Agree what a good result looks like before you invest in a build.

  • Clarify the business problem, users and current workflow
  • Review assumptions, available data and feasibility constraints
  • Define success criteria and recommend a scoped next step
A discovery assessment and a practical starting point.
02

Review one AI workflow

Start with an important workflow. Agree what it should do, then check its answers, actions and failure handling where the setup allows.

  • Agree the workflow, business rules, access and realistic scenarios
  • Test behaviour in an agreed environment or review supplied evidence; explain which was done
  • Document results, limits and priorities; agree any fixes or rechecks separately
A clear report of checks, findings, evidence and recommended next steps.
03

Improve with evidence

Find weak steps, missing checks and what happens when something fails. Get practical recommendations for a more reliable workflow, then agree how to check again.

  • Review feedback, observed failures and the evidence available
  • Recommend improvements with owners, priorities and next actions
  • Agree follow-up checks; engineering changes are scoped separately
Prioritised recommendations and an agreed recheck plan.

Your system. Your workflow. Clearer results.

Bring an AI idea, assistant, agent or connected business workflow. Start with what it needs to do, whatever tools you use.

Built your own? Bring it to VisiFlo.

Your system does not need to use a named platform. We help you understand whether the whole task works, including the connections between your AI and other software.

  • Custom AI agents
  • APIs
  • Web services
  • Internal apps
  • Webhooks
  • Connected business systems
  1. Tell us the job

Show what goes in, what should come out and the rules your business needs followed.

  2. Agree how to check

Use a test app or API to run checks, or review shared examples and records of what happened.

  3. Get clear findings

See what passed, what failed and what remains unknown. Get recommendations and a plan to check again.

Checks can cover answers, information passed between systems, approvals, repeated actions and what happens when a connection fails.

Some familiar examples

Connected business workflows

  • n8n
  • Make
  • Zapier
  • Microsoft Power Automate

Does each step finish correctly?

  • Check that information reaches the right place.
  • Find missed steps and repeated actions.
  • Check what happens when a service stops responding.

Assistants that take action

  • OpenClaw
  • Hermes Agent (Nous Research)

Does it act within your rules?

  • Check whether it chooses the right action.
  • Check that approval happens before important changes.
  • See when it should stop or ask a person for help.

Chatbots using your knowledge

  • Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Dify
  • Flowise

Are its answers grounded in your information?

  • Compare answers with your approved information.
  • Try unclear questions and missing information.
  • Check when a conversation should reach your team.

Custom and multi-agent systems

  • LangGraph
  • CrewAI
  • OpenAI Agents SDK
  • Custom-built systems

Do the parts work well together?

  • Check that instructions and information pass correctly between agents.
  • Repeat important tasks after a change.
  • Check the final business result, including when a step fails.

Workflows powered by OpenAI / ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini are also welcome for assessment.

The named tools are examples, not an eligibility list. Custom-built and other platforms are welcome. We agree access and the checks we can perform before work starts. Using another tool? Tell us what you have.

We welcome enquiries from retail and e-commerce teams, professional service businesses, property businesses, appointment-based businesses, AI agencies and software teams. Bring your industry and workflow; the scope and any industry-specific requirements are agreed before work starts.

BEFORE INVESTING IN A BUILD

Is this AI idea worth pursuing?

Start with the task, the people affected and the decision to be improved. Discovery examines the current workflow, available data, constraints and assumptions. Agree a measurable definition of success before choosing a solution.

The assessment may recommend a small experiment, a simpler process change or further discovery. It does not assume AI is always the right answer or promise a return on investment without evidence.

A tangible deliverable

A concise problem statement, assumptions and evidence gaps, success criteria and a recommended next step. Technical feasibility depends on the information and access available.

Who it is for

Business owners, operations teams, agencies and engineering teams evaluating an idea or an existing AI workflow.

UNDERSTAND THE SYSTEM YOU HAVE

Does it work for your business?

Agree what a good result looks like. Check the answers, actions and records your business relies on. Where the setup allows, repeat tasks and try different situations to find results that change, missed steps and failures. Show what passed, what failed and what could not be checked.

Reviews of specifications, exported traces or feedback are described as reviews. They do not establish that a live system completed a workflow. Executed tests require a suitable authorised environment.

Making AI visible

Understand observable behaviour and business outcomes: what was assessed, what happened, what remains uncertain and what to do next. We do not claim access to every part of a model’s internal reasoning.

TURN FEEDBACK INTO ACTION

Make the weak steps stronger.

We help you make the workflow more reliable. This is sometimes called workflow hardening: add missing checks, prevent repeated actions, plan for failures and make it clear when a person should take over. Recommendations explain what to change first and why.

The improvement plan can identify an owner, next action and a way to recheck progress. Engineering fixes, ongoing monitoring and additional tests are separately agreed. A scoped evaluation does not certify overall safety or legal compliance.
